Kenneth Jay Kuefner, 83 of Streamwood, Illinois, passed away Sunday July 14, 2013. Born April 10, 1930 in Chicago, IL to Gust and Lillian Kuefner.

Ken is a Veteran of the Korean War. He retired from Pace Suburban Bus Company after 35 years of service and he was a member of their Million Mile Club. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, traveling and just being with his family.

Ken was a loving Husband, Father, Father-in-law, Papa and Great-Papa.

He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Suzanne Kuefner (nee Bach); his daughters Kim (Jerry) Hise, Kristie (Anthony) Trapino, Jaimie (John) Kwasegroch and Tracy (Al) Russo; his Grandchildren Mandy (Ben) Retzinger, Colin (Lisa) Shoemaker, Kristie (Shaun) Quaderer, Anthony (Kristin) Trapino, Austin Shoemaker, Katie Trapino, Alex Russo and Nick Russo.; and his six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his extended family of in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Ronald Kuefner.
